However unruly they may at first appear, things are given a new logic by the rhythms and accords created for them within the frame.
I like the feeling of not being completely certain about what I’m looking at. In that ambiguity, something unexpected begins to emerge, and suddenly we start seeing differently. I’m deeply interested in that confusion.
My journey began in theatre and film as a child actor, before evolving into cinematography in my twenties, exchanging the experience of being seen for the craft of seeing.
Filmmaker and cinematographer whose practice emerged from theatre and acting. Their work blends cinematic imagery with a strong sensitivity to performance, space, and human connection.
Has worked on numerous short films, commercials, and documentaries in various cinematography roles, including gaffer, camera assistant, camera operator, and director of photography.
